This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a fantastic spa. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors, which I still remember fondly. Highly recommend their bar/lounge area!

Inadequate room design affects comfort-no bathroom door, no mirrors, and limited power outlets near the bed, along with a lack of trashcans in the room. Noise insulation was poor. Starting at 7 a.m., the hotel had staff moving things around, which disrupted sleep. The casino felt tacky and the sustainability practices fell short, relying on single-use plastics instead of eco-friendly alternatives.

i had a great stay at park hyatt. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with eggs cooked to order and freshly baked pastries. the outdoor pool area was beautiful and surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing. also, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.
